Please note:

• Orders shipped on or after July 13, 2026 will gradually transition to the new packaging.
• We still have a limited inventory of our previous packaging. During this transition period, orders may be shipped in either the new or the previous packaging at random, depending on available stock.
• This packaging update does not affect the jewelry, product quality, or included accessories.

Effective July 1, 2026, the European Union will implement changes under Regulation (EU) 2026/382, which eliminates the €150 low-value customs duty exemption for small parcels entering the EU.

As a result of this regulatory update, applicable import duties and taxes may apply to EU-bound orders regardless of parcel value.

To simplify the customs and tax handling process and provide a more transparent shopping experience, we have adjusted our shipping policy for customers in European Union member states (AT, BE, BG, CY, CZ, HR, DK, EE, FI, FR, DE, GR, HU, IE, IT, LV, LT, LU, MT, NL, PL, PT, RO, SK, SL, ES, SE)

Beginning July 1, 2026, orders shipped to these destinations will be charged a standard shipping fee of $6.99 USD. Free shipping promotions and free shipping thresholds will no longer be available for these destinations.

This change allows us to better manage the additional administrative and compliance costs associated with the new regulations while continuing to provide reliable international delivery services.

The applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout and reflected in your order details where applicable.

Effective June 19, 2026, new requirements under Directive (EU) 2023/2673 take effect across the European Union, strengthening consumers' right of withdrawal for distance and online purchases. Under EU consumer protection laws, eligible consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

To comply with these requirements, we have implemented Shopify's native withdrawal solution for eligible EU orders. Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal through the withdrawal function available on our store.

However, regulations and platform implementations may evolve over time. If you believe that the withdrawal process available on our website does not function properly, is inaccessible, or does not meet the requirements applicable in your country, please contact us directly. We will review your request and ensure that your statutory rights are respected and processed accordingly.
