EU Right of Withdrawal

Effective June 19, 2026, new requirements under Directive (EU) 2023/2673 take effect across the European Union, strengthening consumers' right of withdrawal for distance and online purchases. Under EU consumer protection laws, eligible consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.

To comply with these requirements, we have implemented Shopify's native withdrawal solution for eligible EU orders. Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal through the withdrawal function available on our store.
